Delete Your LabourPlace Account

LabourPlace — operated by Education On Earth Private Limited

You can delete your LabourPlace account and all associated personal data directly from within the app, or by contacting us.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

Open the LabourPlace app and go to your Profile
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm the deletion — your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to support@labourplace.com with the subject line "Delete my LabourPlace account".
Mention the mobile number you used to register on LabourPlace.
We may reply asking you to confirm the request via an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Processing time: In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

What is deleted

Your account and login (registered phone number)
Your profile: name, photo, skill category, wage details, experience, languages, bio, and location data
Your job posts (for employers) and applications (for workers)
Your contact-unlock history

What may be retained

Ratings and reviews you gave or received may be retained in anonymised form to keep the platform's rating system accurate for other users.
Payment/transaction records (if any) may be retained as required by Indian law.
Records of the deletion request itself, for compliance purposes.

Before you go

If you only want to stop appearing in employer searches, just turn OFF the "I'm Available" toggle in the app — no need to delete your account.
